The veterinary laboratory CALIER, part of the Indukern Group, needed to reposition its brand and give its image and communication a makeover to better connect with its customers, veterinary professionals.
We had very powerful claim and value proposition – Comprometidos con el bienestar animal (Committed to animal welfare) – but needed to make this care and commitment tangible, a fact that had been absent in the lab’s communication thus far.
At Eliptic, we carried out an analysis of the competition, the market and the brand itself in order to develop the new image to communicate the brand and its products. To shift from an exclusively product-focused approach and talk about quality and well-being.
Always paying special attention to the animal and its care, both in terms of photography and content, with elegant designs and creative concepts that work for positioning. With content as friendly and approachable as it was technical and professional.
Art direction and shooting
We created different pieces for corporate communication, folders for the sales force and distributors, and creativities for specialised media. There was communication for the professional channel and the end user, online and offline, and all kinds of point-of-sale material. We also designed product packaging and merchandising and even handled the design and construction of stands.
